29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section:    a) 16 Countryside Road, Newton, MA    On or about 12/23/19, an employee working on the ground pulled a tree attached to a crane by a hoisting sling to an overhead electrical line, and was shocked when the crane line hit the overhead electrical line.

29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(B): Employees standing on the ground shall not contact the vehicle, mechanical equipment or any of its attachments.  a) 16 Countryside Road, Newton, MA  On or about 12/23/19, an employee pulling a tree attached to an uninsulated truck crane by a sling was shocked. While pulling the tree, the employee pulled the crane line to an overhead electrical line.
