29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    On or about December 27, 2019, at facility where an employee was exposed to caught-in, struck-by, and electrical hazards while performing maintenance and servicing work on CNC lathes and boring machines, without having an energy control program that included energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections.

In the machine shop, center row on the south end, at the Mori Seiki SL7 CNC lathe #1, where an employee was exposed to struck-by injection hazards while cleaning equipment without reducing the air pressure below 30 p.s.i..
