29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(i)(a): The crane was not level and was not blocked properly: a) 66 Stocker Road, Essex Fells , NJ. Workers were exposed to injury from a crane collapse as the Terex Truck Mounted Crane was set up on a sloped driveway and the driver side front outrigger was on cribbing that was resting on ground that was not stable and blocked properly as the ground gave way under the outrigger and cribbing. Violation observed on or about 12/18/2019.

Workers were exposed to injury from a crane collapse as the Terex Truck Mounted Crane was set up with the rear driver side outrigger not fully extended which was required by the load chart.
