29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about 27 December 2019, and at times prior thereto, under register #2 a UL Listed Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) or power strip, Model F9P609-03, was series-connected to another Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) not following the manufacturer's or the UL listings instructions for use, exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
