29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at the time of initial assignment to tasks where occupational exposure might take place: a) Greater Toledo Urgent Cares, LLC, located at 4405 N Holland Sylvania Rd, Ohio. On or about January 2, 2020, employees are initially hired and assigned tasks, which have a potential for an occupational exposure, specifically blood borne pathogens. Employee activities include but are not limited to administering needles, handling sharps, blood samples, and/ or bodily fluids from patients. The employer did not ensure that training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at the time of the initial assignment.
