29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead.  a) On or about January 3, 2020, in the men's locker room on the clean side, the third row bench was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of lead to prevent the spread of lead contamination.  The results of a wipe sample obtained from this surface indicated 15.1 micrograms of lead.  b) On or about January 3, 2020, in the men's locker room on the clean side, the exit door hand plate was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of lead to prevent the spread of lead contamination. The results of a wipe sample obtained from this surface indicated 5.3 micrograms of lead.  c) On or about January 3, 2020, in the lunch room, the lunch table top near the east wall was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of lead to prevent the spread of lead contamination.  The results of a wipe sample obtained from this surface indicated 6.8 micrograms of lead.  d) On or about January 3, 2020, in the lunch room, the lunch table bench near the east wall was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of lead to prevent the spread of lead contamination. The results of a wipe sample obtained from this surface indicated 50.9 micrograms of lead.
