29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 12/31/2019 Location: On the roof of a two story residence at 11455 NW 50th Terrace, Doral FL, 1) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to ground level while performing roofing work and not provided with any means of fall protection system. Z-Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this standard occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1344399, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8250 W 21 Ln Hialeah, FL 33016.
