29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed. On December 30, 2019, at building 2 second floor: An A-frame ladder that was setup paralleled to the wall was side loaded when installing truss bracing, causing the ladder to tip over.
