The employees in the lift did not have harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-sope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) On or about 1/3/20 at a project located at 467 Richmond Avenue, Buffalo, New York; employees were replacing the membrane on the roof of an old church. The roof was flat and had an incomplete guardrail system (that was originally for weather protection) and employees were not using PFAS. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
