29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about December 31, 2019 at the worksite located at 5977 Ventura Place (lot 201) within the Del Webb at Chateau Elan Subdivision located in the city of Hoschton Georgia, employees installing roof trusses, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet, when the employer failed to ensure that each employee exposed to fall hazards of six feet or more were properly protected by fall protection means. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: On or about December 31, 2019 at the worksite located at 5977 Ventura Place (lot 201) within the Del Webb at Chateau Elan Subdivision located in the city of Hoschton Georgia, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet, when the employees were using the top step of a six foot step ladder, to gain access and to leave to the working area. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
