29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 1320 Manheim Pike, Lancaster PA - An employee was observed working approximately 20 feet above the ground in an Altec Model AT370G aerial lift, mounted on a Ford F-550 truck, and did not don a personal fall arrest or travel restraint system, on or about January 7, 2020. No abatement certification or documentation required.
