29 CFR 1960.25(c): 29 CFR 1960.25(c): The Agency did not inspect annually, all areas in each workplace, including office operations: a) United States Department of Housing and Urban Development: On or about 01/07/2020, the employer failed to provide evidence for calendar year 2019 that an annual workplace safety and health inspection was conducted at the Richmond Virginia establishment. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
