29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplaces were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin: (a) South Side, Bus Barn A: On or about January 6, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to a sanitation health hazard from pigeon droppings while inspecting buses on a daily basis. (b) South Side, Bus Barn B: On or about January 6, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to a sanitation health hazard from pigeon droppings while inspecting buses on a daily basis. First Student Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1434675, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2019, with respect to the workplace located at 425 Sugar Ave, Billings, MT, 59101.
