On or about January 8, 2020, in the warehouse area, employees were not protected from amputation hazards, in that, there were no guards on the punch press dies being operated by employees.    The Latium USA Trading, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1420650, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 13, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2400 Skyline Drive, Suite 416, Mesquite, TX 75149.
