29 CFR 1910.124(g)(2): Employees who worked with liquids that could burn, irritate, or otherwise harm their skin were not provided with an emergency shower and eye-wash station close to the dipping and coating operation:    a)  At the facility, on or about January 7, 2019 - An emergency shower and eye-wash station were not provided close to the dipping and coating operation.  An employee is exposed to Univar Sulfuric Acid 93% containing sulfuric acid, a corrosive, during coating operations.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:    a)  At the facility, on or about December 7, 2019 - A written hazard communication program was not developed, implemented and maintained at the workplace.
