29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment were kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed.  a) The Plenum above the Center Court Hallway near Radiology: Several bath towels used by maintenance personnel to help soak up water from a roof leek several weeks before were left in the Plenum where mold and residue accumulated on them, they should have been removed. A Nurse's computer work station is located directly below.  b) Center Court Hallway near Radiology: A water bucket in the middle of the hallway had four sections of PVC pipe funneling water from the roof leak through the ceiling tile and into the bucket. Though marked with flimsy floor signs saying "Caution Wet Floor", employees walking by and/or pushing carts and other equipment were fighting for space with employees working at the computer stations along one wall. The bucket could have easily been knocked over and employees could slip on the wet floor.
