29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) On or about January 9, 2020 on the north side of the site, employees were observed working from 2x4 scaffold at a height of 6 feet two inches to install a vapor barrier on a new construction house, that scaffolding had a walking width of 6 inches.
