This was most recently documented on January 9, 2020 at 365 Main St, Burr, Nebraska where an employee had been inflating single rim truck tires without a restraining device or barrier. On January 8, 2020 an employee was servicing a single rim truck tire and the tire separated from the rim resulting in fatal injuries.
