29 CFR 1910.184(c)(10): Hands or fingers shall not be placed between the sling and its load while the sling is being tightened around the load: a) On or about January 6, 2020, an employee working in the Heavy Building #104 Heavy Shipping Department, Touch Up/Shipping Prep Area was using an overhead crane and synthetic sling to flip a 300 pound nut assembly. During this process the employee injured two fingers on their left hand when their fingers were caught between the load and the sling.
