29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) New Bolton Center, 382 W. Street Rd., Kennett Square, PA 19349 - On or about August 19, 2019, an employee sustained serious work-related injuries and was hospitalized the same day. The employer did not report the incident to OSHA within 24 hours of becoming aware of the in-patient hospitalization.
