29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  Diesel fuel outdoor storage tank: The Ansul Sentry ABC portable fire extinguisher was stored outside on the concrete and weathered. The extinguisher was not mounted to protect it from damage from the environmental conditions. Employees were exposed to fire hazards while filling lawn mowing equipment with diesel fuel without an extinguisher mounted and available for use.
