29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103)(a):    a) On or about 01/07/20, at 112-16 Astoria Blvd, Astoria, NY    Employer issues and requires employees to wear half face dual cartridge negative pressure respirators upon employees asked to be used for construction site. The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program for the site where respirators are required to be worn by employees.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
