On 01/07/2020 unmarked permanent aisles were used by pedestrian employees and material handling equipment.

The employees are permitted to powered industrial trucks which do not undergo the required daily safety examinations.  On 01/07/2020 an employee was observed operating a "Reach Fork" which last had the required daily safety inspection in December 2019.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:   Establishment: Employer is exposing employees to electrical hazards.  The employees are permitted to use electrical equipment powered from receptacle outlet boxes which are connected to power sources by flexible cords using the flexible cords as substitutes for fixed wiring.       On 01/07/2020 employees used pieces of electrical equipment such as, but not limited to, PCS motor area, where the pieces of electrical equipment were connected to electrical receptacle outlets boxes powered by flexible cords.  The flexible cords were used cords as substitutes for fixed wiring exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
