29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  At a worksite located at 809, 811,813,815, Raven Court Belton, Missouri: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. This was most recently documented on January 9, 2020 when employees were using pneumatic nail guns without eye/face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At a construction site located at 809, 811,813,815 Belton, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  This was most recently documented on January 9, 2020 when framers were observed installing plywood and wood framing. Two framers were exposed to a fall of greater than 19 feet to eave without the use of fall protection. One framer was exposed to a fall of 8 feet to eave without the use of fall protection.
