At a worksite located at 809, 811,813,815, Raven Court Belton, Missouri: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. This was most recently documented on January 9, 2020 when employees were using pneumatic nail guns without eye/face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At a construction site located at 809, 811,813,815 Belton, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on January 9, 2020 when framers were observed installing plywood and wood framing. Two framers were exposed to a fall of greater than 19 feet to eave without the use of fall protection. One framer was exposed to a fall of 8 feet to eave without the use of fall protection.
