29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Cape Beverage LLC dba Cape Beverage Distribution, Field Locations: The employer did not provide an eyewash station capable of providing at least 15 minutes of continuous flow for employees utilizing DRAFTEC Caustic Beer Line Cleaner (corrosive) when cleaning beer lines in the field, on or about 1/13/2020. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
