29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Jobsite: 452 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA, Roof, East Side - An employee conducting solar panel installation activities along open and unprotected flat roof sides and edges, approximately 24 feet above ground level, was exposed to fall hazards without the use of a fall protection system.  Observed on or about 1/10/20.
