29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure: a) D&C Framing Corporation at 320 Vicot Way, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On or before January 10, 2020, the employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in residential roofing activities on the top of a residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
