29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof of Units 168-184, Wildflower Circle - On or about November 8, 2019, employees replacing sheathing and performing associated roofing work on the two story structure, approximately 18 feet above grade, were not protected from falling. b) Roof of Units 169-185, Wildflower Circle - On or about November 8, 2019, employees performing roofing and siding work on the one story garage roofs, approximately nine feet above grade, were not protected from falling.
