29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about July 18, 2019, at the northwest side of 9540 Collins Avenue, Surfside, FL, 33154, two employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while installing a reinforcement steel bar that made contact with or came within electrical arc distance of a power line energized at 13.2k-volt.
