29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) jobsite near 565 Woodland Drive in Pulaski, PA. On or about January 15, 2020, employees were not using fall protection while working on the roof of the residential construction site. Employees were install decking/ sheeting on the roof of the new building. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 12-feet to 15-feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas: a) jobsite near 565 Woodland Drive in Pulaski, PA. On or about January 15, 2020, the swing radius of the crane was not barricaded or guarded to protect employees. The crane was utilized for activities that included but were not limited to lifting roof decking/panels onto the roof the structure. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED
