29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   A) Building 100, on or about December 5, 2019, employees were working on a roof cleaning it off without any type of fall protection equipment or using any other fall prevention method allowed by the standard, exposing the employees to an approximately 29 foot fall hazard.  The NG Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1396840, citation number 1, item number1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 138 E. 62nd St. Savannah, GA.
