29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about January 16, 2020, upon interviewing management and reviewing Advanced Auto Parts LO/TO program it was determined that the LO/TO policy has not been reviewed at least annually. The date indicated on the LO/TO program shows it was last updated/reviewed in March 2018.
