29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B): The Exposure Control Plan did not contain the schedule and method of implementation for paragraphs (d) Methods of Compliance, (f) Hepatitis B Vaccination, (g) Communication of Hazards to Employees, and (h) Recordkeeping, of this standard: a) Throughout facility - On or about 1/10/20, the employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the methods of implementation for the following: i) 1910.1030(d) in that it did not address eating, drinking, smoking, applying cosmetics or lip balm, and it also did not include an appropriate written schedule for cleaning and method of decontamination based upon the location within the facility, type of surface to be cleaned, type of soil present, and tasks or procedures being performed in the area. ii) 1910.1030(f) in that it did not discuss the requirements for providing hepatitis B vaccinations to employees. iii) 1910.1030(g) in that it did not discuss labels and signs required, and information and training required to be provided to employees. iv) 1910.1030(h) in that it did not discuss medical and training record requirements. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
