29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed.  a) Facility: Annual audits of the lock out tag out procedures used by the employees when cleaning and setting up equipment such as but not limited to deli slicers, a baler, mixers, bread slicer, band saws, and cubers, were not conducted on or about 1/16/2020.      NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
