Surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable through a house keeping program, with 0.5180, 0.8940, and 0.9330 micrograms per 100 square centimeters of inorganic arsenic on surfaces, exposing the employee to the poisonous ingestion hazard.

Surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable through a house keeping program, with 3.0350 micrograms per 100 cubic centimeters of lead on the surface of the refrigerator handle, exposing the employee to potential ingestion hazards. (b) Metals Recycling Technology, LLC, on or about March 5th, 2020, at the location of 7680 US Route 127, Van Wert, OH, 45891: Employees were exposed to lead on surfaces in the change room. Surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable through a house keeping program, with 15.0000, 41.7700, and 40.0700 micrograms per 100 cubic centimeters of lead on surfaces in the tool/change room, exposing the employee to potential ingestion hazards
