29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: On or about January 8, 2020, and at times prior thereto, the employer controls all contract work and did not provide and maintain accident prevention programs or initiate inspections of the job site to prevent any worker employed in the performance of the contract work from hazardous and dangerous conditions: a) workers were exposed to unprotected fall hazards; and b) workers were exposed to eye and face injuries without wearing eye and face protection; and c) workers were exposed to struck by the loads or over head falling objects; and d) workers were exposed to fire hazards where extinguishers were not inspected or labeled; and e) workers were exposed to electrical hazards.
