29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitors attention from the monitoring function. a) On or about 01/13/20, at the Doodlebugs Children's Center located at 1925 South Clinton Avenue, in Brighton, New York, employees were working on surfaces 22 feet above lower levels without the use of fall protection. The employer did not enforce the use of fall protection where employees were exposed to open sides. NO ABATEMENT CERITFICATION REQUIRED
