Employees were exposed to contact with chemical hazards in that the employer did not properly label containers with hazardous chemicals, including containers with windshield washer fluid and automobile antifreeze/coolant. These substances have chemical components such as methyl alcohol, and ethylene glycol, which can cause serious irritation to eyes/skin. These chemical components are also toxic after ingestion, inhalation, and contact with the skin.
