29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each work area was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, dry condition. a) On or about January 16, 2020, in the Millwork Department, on the east side of the warehouse, the employees were operating a OMGAG Radial Arm Saw (#RN 600 FM) throughout the facility with an accumulation of combustible saw dust. b) On or about January 16, 2020, in the Millwork Department, on the west side of the warehouse, the employees were operating a Delta Rockwell Radial Arm Saw (#40-C) throughout the facility with an accumulation of combustible saw dust.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage. a) On or about January 16, 2020, on the north side of the warehouse wall, a portable boxed electrical fan was being used to help provide ventilation throughout the warehouse and blocking the electrical panels.
