29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment was not isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:  a) Hagman Road Associates, LP dba Courtyard by Marriott Toledo North, On or about December 6, 2019, at the address of 5875 Hagman Road, Toledo, Ohio 43612: The employer did not establish a energy control program consisting of an energy control procedure and employee training prior to tasking employee's with servicing of the Vulcan GR Series Gas Fryer, Model #1GR35M.  An employee was exposed to burn hazards while transferring hot grease into a plastic container.

A recordable injury occurred on December 6, 2019 and it was not recorded.
