29 CFR 1910.22(a) (2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a. 4525 Stonegate Industrial Blvd., Stone Mountain, GA (Shop Cutting Area) - Employees were exposed to slip hazard. The employees are cutting granite using a wet method process. There were puddles of water which has accumulated on the floor. Employees are walking through the water to access areas of the shop. The accumulated water is not clean up or push into the floor drain on a regular basis. The floors are slippery, causing employees to slip and slide on the floor, in close proximity to the machines, on or about 01/16/2020.

The designated, marked, and identified emergency exit door and route in the shop area was blocked with several large fixed machineries (cutting granite table saws) making it difficult to access in the event of an emergency, on or about 01/16/2020.

Employees are transferring/pouring flammable liquid, Class 3 from a 4 gallon can into a 4oz plastic cup to mix with a hardener use for sealing up granite cracks. The flammable liquid is not being drawn from an approved self-closing valve, on or about 01/16/2020.
