On or about January 15, 2020, in the LAN/Servers Room of the FAA Flight Standards District Office - 63 at 525 FD Roosevelt Avenue, Suite 901, San Juan, PR;  one (1) electrical service panel was not readily accessible.  NOTES:  1. Certification of abatement is not required for instance a. as abatement was witnessed by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection. 2. Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for instance b. as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
