29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. a. On or about January 16, 2020, in the Administration Building of Technical Operations and Air Traffic of the FAA-CERAP in Carolina, PR; three (3) electrical service panels were not readily accessible. b. On or about January 16, 2020, in the Telecommunications Room of the FAA-CERAP in Carolina, PR; at least five (5) electrical service panels were not readily accessible. c. On or about January 16, 2020, in the Mechanical Equipment Room C-197 at the TSB Building of the FAA-CERAP in Carolina, PR; at least four (4) electrical service panels were not readily accessible. d. On or about January 16, 2020, in the Engineers Office at the FMP Yard of the FAA-CERAP in Carolina, PR; two (2) electrical service panels were not readily accessible. NOTES: 1. Certification of abatement is not required for instance a. as abatement was witnessed by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection. 2. Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for instance b., c. and d. as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
