29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge: On or about January 14, 2020 and at times prior thereto, an inspector was conducting energy standard testing. A guardrail system installed on the second floor was not capable of withstanding at least 200 pounds of force, exposing the employee to the hazards of falling from heights greater than 6 feet.
