29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position at all times except for short periods of time while cylinders are being hoisted or carried: (a) On or about January 16, 2020, for the employees exposed to struck-by hazards where an oxygen compressed gas cylinder was laid horizontally in the bed of a pickup truck of a sub-contractor, creating employer, and used to operate an oxygen-acetylene torch at a construction jobsite located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, Nevada.
