29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location: 401 Forest St., Kearny, NJ. a) Employer did not provide employees with a personal FAS (Fall Arrest System) while engaged in roofing operations thereby exposing them to a potential fall of approximately 35 ft. to the floor below; on or about 1/14/20. AJJ Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1238211, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/29/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Madison Ave. New Construction Site, Kearny, NJ.
