29 CFR 1960.34(a)(6): The Administrator or the Administrator's designee did not abate unsafe or unhealthful conditions disclosed by reports, investigation or inspections within 30 calendar days or submit to the occupant agency's designated liaison official an abatement plan. 29 CFR 1960.34(a)(6): Abate unsafe or unhealthful conditions disclosed by reports, investigation or inspection within 30 calendar days or submit to the occupant agency's designated liaison official an abatement plan. Such abatement plan shall give priority to the allocation of resources to bring about prompt abatement of the conditions. (GSA shall publish procedures for abatement of hazards in the Federal Property Management Regulations 41 CFR Part 101): a) On or about January 17, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were subjected to unhealthful conditions where effective abatement of biological growth was not provided. b) On or about January 17, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were subjected to unhealthful conditions where effective abatement of deteriorating lead-containing paint was not provided. c) On or about January 17, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were subjected to unsafe conditions where effective abatement of buckled flooring and missing flooring was not provided. d) On or about January 17, 2020 and at times prior thereto, employees were subjected to unsafe conditions where effective abatement of water infiltration into the workspace was not provided. e) On or about January 17, 2020 and at times prior thereto, employees were subjected to unsafe conditions where effective abatement of obstructed emergency exits was not provided.
