29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:  a.  At site located on 1997 Ridge Road South in Largo, Florida, for employees provided with a 3M half face respirator with P95 cartridges for voluntary use when applying Rust oleum metal primer on household appliances, such as, washers and dryers machines, as observed on or about January 17, 2020.

At site located on 1997 Ridge Road South in Largo, Florida, for employees engaged in the restoration and repair of household appliances, using the CRC multi-purpose lubricant contained in a plastic spray bottle with the letters CRC written with permanent marker, as observed on or about January 17, 2020.
