29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred. On or about January 17, 2020, the employer did not enter the following workplace injury and illness on the OSHA 300 Log for the calendar year 2019: a) On or about November 18, 2019, a recordable injury occurred when an employee was off of work following a knee injury that occurred when the employee tripped over the forks of a lift truck. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
