29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) Colorado Roof Inspectors Inc. at 4800 York St., Denver, CO: On and around January 21, 2020, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that an employee was not using a fall protection system and another employee was wearing a fall harness but had not tied off, while tearing off the shingles on the roof of a commercial building. This condition exposed employee to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet 4 inches.
